    • Parts Warranty: This warranty applies to parts provided by WPS Inc. If parts are supplied by the customer or a third party, they are not covered under our warranty.
    • Labor Warranty: The labor performed by WPS Inc. is also covered under this 30-day warranty.

  2. Medium and Large Plumbing Projects:

    • Individual Warranty Terms: Each large plumbing project undertaken by WPS Inc. has its own set of warranty terms. These terms are specific to the scope and nature of the project.
    • Discussion and Agreement: Warranty terms for large projects should be discussed in person with a WPS Inc. representative. It is important that these terms are clearly understood and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.
    • Documentation: All agreed-upon warranty terms will be documented and indicated on the service orders for transparency and reference.

  • Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period. Provide details of the issue and your original service order number.
